Grenadirmarš — Boiled Potato with Pasta


  1. 1/2 onion (about 60 g),
  2. 2 tbsp lard,
  3. 3 large potatoes (about 600 g),
  4. 200 g pasta,
  5. 1 tsp salt,
  6. pepper to taste.


Peel potatoes, cut into quarters and boil in salted water until cooked (about 20 minutes). In parallel, cook pasta in salted water.

Melt lard and fry onions in it, cut into half-rings until golden brown. Add cooked pasta and thinly sliced ​​potatoes. Mix all together thoroughly.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
