A note from 2TM:

[*] Just-in-time production is a production management concept that aims to reduce stocks and inventory. In accordance with this concept, the necessary components and materials come in the right quantity, in the right place, and at the right time. The use of just-in-time techniques increases production efficiency by reducing losses.

[†] Kaizen is a Japanese management method based on the one-minute principle. The essence of the technique lies in the fact that just one minute is given for a specific case (task), but this time is provided every day and at the same time. This method of “small steps” allows the improvement and achievement of better results.
