Construction of the Emonika Project Starts in Winter in Ljubljana

The last negotiations between Slovenske železnice and the Romanian-South African Prime Capital Fund are to be completed in the coming month. Upon their completion, the final version of the agreement will be signed.

The Granit Polus Company (formerly TriGranit), which has an option agreement with the new potential investor, takes an indirect part in the deal between the two companies. The deal also involves the Municipality of Ljubljana, which will decide on the changes in the spatial plan.

According to unofficial sources, an agreement on the construction of a tourist centre will be signed in the coming month. As expected, the work will begin in early 2018. The financial possibilities of the investor are evaluated as favourable.
