Ingredients for 6 portions
- 200 g flour,
- 1 tsp salt,
- 1 sachet of dry yeast,
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil,
- 100 mL milk.
Mix all the ingredients and set aside the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
- 100 g cream cheese,
- 150 g full-fat cottage cheese.
Mix the cream cheese and the cottage cheese.
- 200 g prosciutto,
- 150 g cheese.
Cut the prosciutto. Chop the cheese.
Roll out the dough, coat it with the topping, put the sliced prosciutto and cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 165 ºС.
