Fried Donuts with Honey and Nuts

Recipe of fried donuts with honey and nuts.


    • white wheat flour – 500 g
    • fresh yeasts – 30 g
    • sunflower oil
    • nuts – 200 g
    • honey – 100 g
    • cinnamon


Heap sifted flour onto a plate and make a hole in the middle of it.

Mix yeasts with hot water to dissolve it in a small bowl. Pour slowly yeasts into the flour stirring constantly with a spoon.

Add enough water to get a smooth and creamy mass. Form donuts with hands.

Cover the plate and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour until the dough rises.

Heat sunflower oil in a bowl. Carefully remove the dough with a wet spoon and put it into hot oil.

Fry donuts evenly until a golden yellow crispy crust. Then take them out of the oil with a slotted spoon and put on a paper towel.

Mix the coarsely chopped walnuts with warm liquid honey.

Put donuts on a plate in the form of a cone, pour with honey, and sprinkle with walnuts and ground cinnamon.
