Plum Dessert Soup

An easy to cook healthy and nutritious dish. It is served cold or warm.

Ingredients

  1. 0.5 kg fresh or frozen pitted plums,
  2. 0.5 L water,
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon powder,
  4. 0.5 tsp ginger powder,
  5. or 3 cm³ fresh grated ginger,
  6. salted water (to taste),
  7. 50–100 mL wine (semidry or semisweet),
  8. 1 kg pumpkin.

Cooking

Boil plums for 10 minutes, add the spices and blend. You can decorate the dish with daisies, English primrose, sweet violet or dandelion flowers. Everything is edible and healthy!
