Plum Dessert Soup
An easy to cook healthy and nutritious dish. It is served cold or warm.
- 0.5 kg fresh or frozen pitted plums,
- 0.5 L water,
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder,
- 0.5 tsp ginger powder,
- or 3 cm³ fresh grated ginger,
- salted water (to taste),
- 50–100 mL wine (semidry or semisweet),
- 1 kg pumpkin.
Boil plums for 10 minutes, add the spices and blend. You can decorate the dish with daisies, English primrose, sweet violet or dandelion flowers. Everything is edible and healthy!
