Prleške Murke – Prlekija Cucumbers

Ingredients for cucumbers dish:

  1. 4 fresh cucumbers
  2. 1 tsp. salt
  3. 300 mL sour clotted milk
  4. 100 g sour cream
  5. 2 egg yolks

Ingredients for gravy:

  1. 180 g breadcrumbs
  2. 60 g wheat flour
  3. 40 g Parmesan cheese
  4. 80 g butter

Ingredients for sauce:

  1. 250 mL Bio-kefir
  2. 100 g shallots
  3. dill bunch
  4. salt to taste

Finely grate cucumbers, add salt and leave for 30 minutes.

Then cook the gravy. Mix breadcrumbs, flour, grated Parmesan and melted butter. Put into the fridge and strain the cucumbers.

Add sour cream, sour clotted milk and 2 egg yolks. Pour with gravy and put in a heat-resistant dish for 20 minutes into an oven preheated to 180 ºC.

Finely chop shallots, pour with kefir, and add dill and salt to taste. Mix everything with a hand blender.

Pour the ready dish with sauce.
