Pršjača – Cheese Pie from Yeast Dough
- 50 dkg flour
- 1 egg
- 10 dkg cheese, cracklings or seeds (to taste)
- 2 dL water
- 1 dL milk
- ½ yeast packaging
- a pinch of salt
- Add yeast, flour and a pinch of salt into the heated milk.
- Mix milk, water and yeast. Leave for 20 minutes until the dough rises.
- Put the dough on a kitchen board and form a circle with a diameter of 20 cm and a thickness of 1.5 cm. Cover with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
