Results of the 50th MOS Fair in Celje
According to the organizers, they are satisfied with the 50th International Fair of Industrial and Household Goods. Despite the bad weather, almost 100 thousand people visited the event.
“The press reviews are positive. The fair featured a record number of business meetings and events with high attendance. On Saturday, the European Commissioner for Mobility and Transport Violeta Bulc visited the fair,” notes Robert Otorepec, the CEO of the Celjski Sejem Company.
The first feedback from the participants shows that next year two thirds of them will again take part in the fair. The decision to divide the 50th MOS Fair into 5 key sectors also proved to be correct.
“We are pleased with the fact that this time there was much more of our industrialists and entrepreneurs than before,” says the Chairman of the Chamber of Crafts and Entrepreneurs Branko Meh, noting that 11 local chambers participated in the fair.
According to him, he is also pleased that more than 2,000 pupils of basic schools and other guests visited the Street of Crafts (in Slovene: ulica obrti), where various professions were represented. The Trainee Office (in Slovene: vajeniška pisarna) was first launched during the fair, in which all necessary information was provided.
