Slovene Tina Čelik Becomes the Bronze Medallist of the European Youth Swimming Championships

Slovenian swimmer Tina Čelik won a bronze medal at the European Youth Championships in Helsinki at a distance of 50 metres with crawl. With the result of 31.57 seconds, the 17-year-old athlete set a new personal and national record, being ahead of the Belgian Fleur Vermeiten by 0.001 seconds.

Tina Čelik also performs for the national team at a distance of 100 metres with crawl.

At the European Youth Championships, Matija Može also showed his best and reached the finals at a distance of 200 metres with crawl. With the result of 2 minutes and 15.50 seconds, he set a new absolute national record.
