Slovenian Companies to Discuss Cooperation with German Business Giants in Prague

Slovenian manufacturers can register for participation in the B2B match-making meeting until 2:00 p.m. 25 August 2017. During the meeting, they will have an opportunity of entering into agreements with 38 companies that are the largest suppliers in the field of automotive and mechanical engineering in Germany.

The fifth meeting will be held in Prague on 26 October as part of the Nabavna Iniciativa project. It will be attended by well-known German companies, such as Knauf Engineering GmbH, Kroenert GmbH & Co KG, Miele & Cie. KG, Schaeffler Technologies AG, Tetra Pak, GEA Refrigeration Germany GmbH, Stabilus-Metal, Rubber & Plastic and others. All of them are interested in cooperation with new foreign distributors.

The event will be held at the initiative of the BME German Federal Association dealing with commerce, supplies and logistics.

Applications from Slovenian companies and enterprises are accepted in the Slovenian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which is one of the organizers of this event. Participation for Slovenian companies is free. The manufacturers chosen by the German companies as potential business partners will be able to participate in the meeting. They will be invited to the individual B2B meetings.

The meeting results will be known no later than on 25 September.

The President of the Slovenian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce Gertrud Rantzen notes that German business is greatly interested in cooperation with companies engaged in the production of metal, plastic and rubber products mainly for the needs of the automotive industry.

Fifteen Slovenian companies took part in a similar event held in June 2017 in Belgrade.
