Slovenian Youth Rates the Quality of Life in the Country with 8.1 Points out of 10

According to the recently published data from the website of the Office for Youth Affairs, at the beginning of 2019, 390 thousand people aged 15 to 29 lived in Slovenia. More than half of them are pupils and students.

In total, 54% of youth are employed on the basis of an indefinite-term employment contract, and 46% – on the basis of a fixed-term contract.

The majority of young Slovenes are generally satisfied with their lives. They rate its quality with 8.1 points on a 10-point scale.
