Smoked Pork Neck and Zucchini with Cream Sauce
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 2.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 500 g smoked pork neck
- 3–4 zucchinis
- 1–2 garlic cloves
- 1 glass sour cream
- salt, pepper
- chopped parsley
Chop coarsely the smoked pork neck and fry it in olive oil.
Peel, wash and cut zucchinis into slices. Then simmer them in olive oil.
When the pork neck starts juicing, add pressed garlic and sour cream. Mix well and season with pepper and salt. Then add the parsley.
Put the baked pieces of smoked pork neck on plates. Add zucchinis with cream sauce and serve.
