On Wednesday, 4 April 2018, at 5:00 pm, a free workshop on how to cook chocolate desserts will be held in Bistro Villa Domus (Voikovo nabrezhe, 12, Koper). The event will be held as part of “The Day of Wine and Chocolate” project by the Kavarna in Slaščičarna Triglav coffee and pastry shop in cooperation with the Primorska University Student Organization.
The participants of the workshop will be able to observe the process of cooking Carpaccio 300 and then taste it. In addition, they will get more information about the Kavarna in Slaščičarna Triglav cafe, as well as learn how to cook family desserts.
The admissible number of participants is 30 people. Target audience: students of universities and colleges. Registration for the workshop is obligatory.
This Primorska University Student Organization has already held a number of similar workshops. Thus, on 31 March, Taverna hosted a tasting event that was held as part of the “Wine and Chocolate Day” project, in which 9 leading producers of Slovenian wines took part. The next event within the project will be held on 9 April. This will be a business workshop on the art of chocolate making with the participation of the Mojačokolada.si representatives.
