Students from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transportation and Architecture of the University of Maribor Are Invited to Participate in the ZrakZemlja Project

Students from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transportation and Architecture of the University of Maribor are invited to participate in the ZrakZemlja project: Air-Land: Analysis of Data on Commercial Lands by Means of Remote Sensing (in Slovene: Analiza podatkov o obdelovanih površinah s pomočjo daljinskega zaznavanja). The project was organised by PP – AGRO, poljedelstvo in proizvodnja d.o.o. and the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transportation and Architecture of the University of Maribor.

The project is aimed at solving a specific problem of the business company-partner, which does not have the tools to monitor, identify the causes of uneven yield and take appropriate measures.

The project is implemented in the framework of the open tender Through Creativity to Knowledge 2017–2020 – The Second Discovery. The implementation period is 5 months (up to 200 hours). Hourly rate – 5.38 EUR.

Invited to participate: two students of the Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering study programme, two students of the Master’s degree Civil Engineering study programme, two students of the Bachelor’s degree Geography study programme, and two students of a similar Master’s degree study programme.

Students participating in the project during its implementation should be officially enrolled in the study programme and should not be employed, self-employed, registered with the Employment Service or be private entrepreneurs.
