Blaž, thanks to his inspirational performance, knowledge and his own cocktail recipe, was able to impress the jury and took 2nd place in the “Bartender Art” category.
The development of hospitality and tourism infrastructure in the countries of central and western Europe, the emergence of new dishes and culinary traditions, as well as a pleasant bonus in the form of tips make the profession of cook and barman very popular in the EU and Slovenia labour market. For a student, this is the prospect of a well-paid seasonal work, the opportunity to gain valuable experience in communicating with new people, institutions and cities as well as to develop personal culinary skills.
