Students of the University of Ljubljana Receive the Milan Lenarčič Scholarships

Scholarships were awarded to students demonstrating high academic and extracurricular achievements. Annual amounts credited for each student make 6 thousand euros.

Rector of the University of Ljubljana Prof. Dr. Igor Papič and Chairman of the Milan Lenarčič University Foundation Board Dino Bauk awarded ten students of the university. Meanwhile, the Rector notes that scholarships are a sort of thank you and encouragement for students in their quest to successfully obtain new knowledge and disseminate it among their colleagues.

The Milan Lenarčič scholarships are allocated for a period of one academic year with the possibility of extension for the following years. This year, 32 students from the University of Ljubljana applied for the scholarships. The university commission under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Smiljana Komar considered the applications.

The Milan Lenarčič University Foundation awarded its scholarship holders at the end of the Ljubljana University Week.
