The British Telegraph Includes Slovenia in the List of World’s Ten Best Places for Autumn Vacations
The Telegraph, a famous British newspaper, has included Slovenia in the list of the world’s ten most magical places for autumn holidays. So, the author of the material, journalist Paul Bloomfield, advises to enjoy the beauty of the Julian Alps. “The gleaming peaks, lakes, waterfalls and gorges of the Julian Alps provide a photogenic backdrop for north-west Slovenia,” the author notes.
Paul Bloomfield recommends that tourists choose a six-night self-guided cycling tour and visit Lake Bled, the Upper Sava River valley, and the Krma Valley in Triglav National Park, where the beechwoods blaze.
Besides Slovenia, the top ten most attractive places for autumn holidays, according to the author, include Japan, Cumbria (North-West England), New England (North-East of the United States), Umbria (Central Italy), Finland, South Korea, Scotland, Ontario (Central Canada), and the Rhein-Main Region (the Federal State of Hesse, Central Germany).
It is important to emphasize that Slovenia is the most affordable in terms of price among all named tourist destinations.
