The DOBA Faculty Holds the Summer School Classes on Intercultural Communication with the Participation of Listeners from Around the World
On Thursday, 21 June 2018, the Tenth Virtual Summer School on Intercultural Communication successfully completed its work at the DOBA Faculty.
The school work involved 86 participants from 31 world countries from Portugal, Russia, the United Arab Emirates to Australia and the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire. Participants of the 10-day school classes received online knowledge and skills in intercultural communication during online lectures and seminars.
Within the framework of the Cross Cultural Communication subject, the participants of the school had an opportunity to listen to the online lecture of the expert on intercultural management Dr. Svetlana Buko. She shared her experience of working in different countries and highlighted the problems of developing intercultural competencies.
It should be noted that the DOBA Faculty received the EOCCS (Online Course Certification System) certificate for the quality of online learning. The certificate is presented by the leading European Foundation for Management Development, EFMD. This document confirms that online training at the DOBA Faculty meets high international standards.
