The FERI Faculty of the University of Maribor Takes Part in the International Industrial Fair in Celje

The Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Informatics (FERI) of the University of Maribor has been participating in the International Industrial Fair in Celje for the third consecutive year. As part of the event, the expert jury awarded gold medals to SkyLabs d.o.o and the Laboratory of Electronic and Information Systems from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Informatics of the University of Maribor for applications in space technology.

Besides the FERI Faculty, the fair was also attended by more than 50 partners – employees of faculties, institutes, various associations and companies.

Within the framework of the 51st International Industrial Fair, a special interest was caused by the following presentations of the University of Maribor:

  1. robot-digger (Faculty of Agriculture and Biosystems, University of Maribor);
  2. student electric formula, a bionic person in a virtual environment, non-invasive monitoring and visualization of skeletal muscle activity in rehabilitation processes (Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Informatics, University of Maribor);
  3. ultrasonic spray pyrolysis for obtaining gold nanoparticles within the framework of the Martina programme (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Maribor);
  4. “Lahko je brati” project (Faculty of Education, University of Maribor).
