The Maribor University Tourism Faculty Participates in the Project “Safe with Science – European Researchers’ Night 2018”

The Faculty of Tourism of the University of Maribor participates in the All-European project “Safe with Science – European Researchers’ Night 2018” (in Slovene: Noč raziskovalcev – Varni z zanostjo 2018), which this year will be held in the Maribor Europark. The event will be held on Friday, 28 September 2018. Doors will open at 2:00 p.m. All the faculties of the University of Maribor will take part in the event. The Faculty of Tourism will present ancient Slovenian dishes and their recipes, which are part of the country’s culinary culture. Trying ancient Slovenian dishes will transform guests of the Tourism Faculty stand into culinary tourists and tell them more about Slovenia through a rich variety of tastes and smells.

Participating researchers: Associate Professor Dr. Lea Kužnik, Associate Professor Dr. Maja Turnšek, Assistant Dr. Andreja Trdina, Assistant Tomi Špindler, Assistant Maja Rosi, and Master Boris Prevolšek.
