In 2017, Revoz Increases Production by 40%

In 2017, the automobile manufacturer Revoz (Novo Mesto) increased significantly its production volume, producing almost 190 thousand cars. The Company on average produced 520 cars a day and 21 cars per hour, exceeding the indicators of 2016 by 40%.

The main brands of cars produced by Revoz are Twingo and Clio. More than half of the produced cars were exported to France. The main markets are also Germany, Italy, Great Britain and China.

The Company has been planning for several years to launch the manufacture of the new brands of cars that would allow to exploit the capacity of the only car factory in Slovenia at its most. The Company also hoped to provide a three-shift work schedule and increase the overall figure of cars produced to 200,000 units. The Company has almost achieved its goals.

Since 2013, production at Revoz has grown by 100%. Last year, the manufacture of Clio cars and Smart Forfour electric cars was launched. A total of 2,000 similar electric vehicles and almost 48,000 Smart Forfour cars were manufactured.
