Three New Tennis Courts for Children Are Opened in Ljubljana

The municipality of Ljubljana has recently opened 3 new tennis courts in the Vič district. They have already hosted the first games of the city’s championships among basic schools.

The courts for schoolchildren are located next to the acting tennis court. They are surrounded by a mesh wire fencing, equipped with night lighting and an automatic irrigation system. The cost of works amounted to 300 thousand euros.

During the improvement of the terrain, the area between the tennis courts and Koprska Street was cleaned. The courts themselves are located on the man-made ground.
